How do I place an order on Markethub9ja?
Ordering is simple:
- Browse & select your preferred mobile, electronics, or gadget product.
- Add to cart & proceed to checkout.
- Enter your shipping details & choose a payment method.
- Confirm order & receive a confirmation email.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept:
💳 Debit/Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Verve)
📲 Bank Transfer
💰 Pay on Delivery (For certain locations)
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
Yes, but only if the order hasn’t been processed for shipping. Contact us immediately at contact@markethub9ja.com.ng or call 09153544043.
Shipping & Delivery
- Standard Delivery: 2-5 business days
- Express Delivery: 24-48 hours (Available in select cities)
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS. You can also track it from your Markethub9ja account under “My Orders.”
Currently, we only deliver within Nigeria but plan to expand soon!
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 7-day return policy for eligible products. To qualify:
- The item must be unused & in its original packaging.
- You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Email returns@markethub9ja.com.ng with your order details & reason for return. We’ll guide you through the return process.
Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after the return is approved.
